This summer, we have three new ways to visit TRU.

Prospective Student Tour

Whether you’ve accepted your seat to start a program in the fall, are still deciding on your future plans, or are simply curious, you’re invited!

Tours are available:

Mondays: 10am, 2pm, 4:30pm

Tuesdays: 10am, 2pm

Wednesdays: 8:30am, 10am, 2pm

Thursdays and Fridays: 10am, 2pm

Family Scavenger Hunt

You and your little ones can drop in for a free family-friendly scavenger hunt, no appointment needed! Just drop by the Future Students Welcome Centre to pick up your scavenger hunt kit. For more information on how you can participate just visit our website.

Walking Tour for Community Members

If you haven’t been to TRU since the days of Cariboo College, or if you have never been to our Kamloops campus before, then this is the tour for you! Come discover the history of Thompson Rivers University, how we’ve grown, and learn what changes are in store for the future!

Tours are available:

Mondays-Wednesday: 9am and 3pm

Thursdays: 3pm

Fridays: 9am and 3pm.

Throughout July and August, we host tours of our Kamloops campus Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays). Rain or shine, one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff from the Future Students Office will be here to show you around campus and answer your questions. Grab your friends and family and reserve your spot!
